I bought 2004 F-250 Super Duty 141000 miles which comes with 30 days - 1000 mile warranty but i just drive the truck 200 miles and water pump broken i called them and they told me i can take it to any ford dealer and they will deal between. Now they dont want to pay because they said is not include the warranty.Its cost me $1600 with all the belts, water pump and pullies. Please dont go to this dealer they are so rude and nasty people.They are only nice until you buy the car.
BEWARE - THIS LOCATION SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE THIEVES!!!!! My husband took my MKT in for its regular service on 9/7/2016; while the car was being serviced by the service technician - someone stole my Maryland Handicapped Placard out of the drivers door of the car. Now I have to be inconvenienced by filing out a police report and going to the MVA to get another handicapped placard. Service department doesn't complete repairs by the agreed time. Car wasn't ready when I arrived after receiving a call saying it was ready for pickup an hour after it was supposed to be ready. Waited a half hour and finally got my car back an hour and a half after it was promised. Not returning, giant waste of time.
I came here for the first time today to get the alignment done on my 2014 Ford F-150. When completed, my service rep. could not tell me what was adjusted (the alignment machine's printer was not working). As a result, I was led out into the service area to speak with the mechanic. No issues, but the guy escorting me didn't know who my mechanic was, so he went back to the service desk to find out.
