Great customer service. Comfortable lounge to wait in. Service Techs explain the process and keep you informed. My go-to car dealer for sales and service.
Big thanks to the Ourisman team for letting me drop in, two separate times, to fix two flat tires. I appreciate you squeezing me in unexpectedly and quickly taking care of the flats. Also, during both visits the service team was very welcoming!
I love my MKX and Don and Keith were awesome! GREAT DEAL!
Just had a TERRIBLE experience in their service department. After leaving my car with them for a week they failed to fix a simple fix which they promised they would and didn't even bother to tell me it wasn't completed. This whole incident is going to cost me money and time to which their response was "sorry." Giant fail. Don't waste your time here.
