Great price and service on my factory order 2016 F-350!
I never use social media to complain about a company, but I cannot help it today. My Dad brought my 2010 Car to Ourisman of Alexandria for a recall. There was nothing going wrong with the car. They told my Dad it needed routine maintenance. $891 for a couple hours of routine maintenance (power steering, oil change, replace air engine filter and coolant flush). The service department is criminal. They tripled charged for labor...doing multiple services at same time and charging outrageous hourly labor rates for each service, that was done at same time! Paid twice as much for "supplies" for oil change than the oil filter and oil (supplies=rags!!). Labor comes to $300/hour when calculated!!! Thieves!!!
After some initial miscommunication, the general manager rectified my situation. David Sperau was very helpful and understanding and accommodating. If I had this to do all over again I would. I got a good truck at a fair price.
