RecommendedI can’t thank Mike Powers and his folks enough for putting a deal together over the phone, to include a trade in. I have a medical condition that keeps me from traveling very far or for very long, and he went out of his way to think outside the box to get us a beautiful Explorer in one day. The trade in offer was more than fair and I so appreciate the extra effort it took to put this deal together!

We were sold a 2015 Explorer and the 5 year rust warranty was highly touted. We should have read the fine print regarding perforation but didn't nor was it highlighted. Now we have a car 6 months out of the 3 year warranty with rust forming across the hood under the paint. Ourisman has washed their hands of it and we are told Ford will do the same. Why would I recommend this to anyone?
My husband made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a recalled part on his Ford Mustang replaced. When he arrived for the appointment Friday morning at 7 am (6/22/18) he was told they didn't have the part. A simple phone call before the appointment to let him know they didn't have the part and would need to reschedule would have saved both of us a lot of time, trouble, and expense. My husband had to change his normal commute from VRE to metro. I had to take time off work to pick him up at the dealership and take him to metro.... read more

I walked in and the General Manager (Lee Brooks) greeted me and introduced me to Ricky Vance. Ricky was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at home. I’ve had some financial issues in the past but they found a way to help me out and I was able to drive away in a brand new F-150! Ourisman has my business for life. Thanks y’all!
Just purchased a vehicle here. Izzy and Antonio in sales went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling satisfied and even included some free stuff. The buying experience was easy and stress free. Felt slightly rushed in finance trying to get me to buy the car the same day I walked in, but as far as sales there was no pressure.
