The place is great but the service not so good . Waited all day only to walk up to the counter and the guy who helped me Drew, actually forgot I was even there. The bike had been sitting outside while I sat like a dumbass in the lobby. Also, I was promised some shirts when I purchased the bike and I never got them. So as for expierence not so good, but it was ok.
People were very friendly. Advise to go on any day other than Saturday if you want to buy! Salesmen were overwhelmed with a week of Black Friday events! It took 4 to 41/2 hours to add some accessories to our Spyder and then some safety features did not work.when we went ride off on our purchase. We had ordered this Spyder 3 weeks earlier and paid cash! But again, people were helpful as they could be!
Customer service — off the hook! It is a great better than is was a few years ago. Even wearing my Ducati gear, they still treated me well. Didn't plan on buying anything, but walked out with a helmet, and BMW pullover for my wife and a smoked shield for the hemp I just got.
Great group everybody was help full and made transactions easy and pleasurable
I am an employee for Woods Fun Center, and I definitely have a blast working here! I always look forward to helping and meeting new people/riders and being part of the riding community/movement.
