Don’t even want to give them one star, but it wouldn’t let me write a review without a star! This place is horrible with customer service! Communication with customers they completely lack in, although one person was nice and tried to help us, however he wasn’t even knowledgeable about sales in his own building, we had to show him on our phone! Last couple times I've been in to buy parts the staff is pissed that I've interrupted their laughing and joking amongst themselves to ask them to help me after ignoring me until I literally stand in front of them and force them to acknowledge me. Don't even get me started on the service dept. Who runs this place?

Piss poor customer service, sadly. The gentlemen are knowledgeable about bikes of course, but care very little about the customer. I’ve called multiple times with questions about inventory and services promised and been ignored multiple times.
I took my 2017 BMW GS Adventure in due to the cruise control failing. They kept it for two weeks, and said it was fixed. I picked it up and it wouldn’t work on the way home. Dropped it off the next day. They again kept it for two weeks, then called and said it was fixed. Drove it home, still broken. They’ve had my bike for over a month and haven’t fixed it. was literally about to purchase a bike today cash I was about to check out when an employee named sonny insulted my bike of choice calling it a little bike. not only did he deny saying that to me to his coworker but he essentially soiled the sale and left a terrible taste in my mouth. alas, I didnt buy the little bike and the floor manager didnt apologize to me nor did sonny boy. Wasted 4 hours of my day just to find out the bike I went to go buy was sold days earlier after I called this morning to check to see if it was still there. Wasn’t told sorry or yet alone even looked at in the eye by who I talked to on the phone.wont be coming back.
