Bought a bike from them Rob was great but the service department and service manager was a joke. They said they went through the bike did a complete service on it. Just did my second service on it since I bought and checked the air filters out. They were so clogged and the date the previous owner wrote on them was 2013 so tell me how can you sync carbs with dirty clogged air filters. They lost my business after first run in with carbs issue
Would give it less than one star but then I couldn't write a review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!! There is something shady going on with their selling of used bikes. They are dishonest and rude!
Today was my first visit to Woods for service on my BMW. Great experience. Check in was easy, service was done quickly and the coffee was pretty good.
I love woods fun center, I have bought 2 bikes from them. I use there service department for my newest bike and they are always the best with service. Mention a problem and it was fixed and my bike rides even better now. Always kind and professional. I always recommend them for service.
**BUYERS BEWARE** read about my experience before you decide to spend your hard earned money here. I just bought a brand new 2015 Kawasaki KLR650 on 7/15/15. I got talked into buying an extended warranty, road hazard, and a gps tracking device. I bought the bike around closing time so I was told that they didn't want to rush putting it together and I can pick it up the next day.
