Took my bike in for a fix-up after I went down. They not only repaired the problem, but also touched up some of the scratches. Appreciate going above and beyond!

So we have been here several times in the past week or so, once helmet/glove shopping for me and again helmet shopping for my wife. I ended up buying a helmet somewhere else because they don't carry the brand I bought. I did buy gloves though. Stephanie was extremely helpful in picking out a helmet! Felt way more personable than at other stores. I felt she truly cared about the comfort and safety of the helmet I chose rather than the price tag. Would definitely shop at woods again
Had a bad experience in Houston with a dealer and called Woods about an FZ09 they had on their website. Austin answered and was polite, professional and willing to work to get the deal done. He was prompt in calling back and we made a deal over the phone and I went to Austin (the city) to pick up the bike. The entire staff was friendly, and professional. Day 10 and they still have not finished up what they told me was a simple enough fix. Seems like they keep forgetting to order the correct parts to finish the job, first waiting on the clutch cover, now waiting on seal. Only think worse is I have to call back to get updates. Yesterday Morning I was told all the parts were with the tech, not they are saying it won't be ready until next Tuesday. Seriously wondering if I made a mistake taking it in to them.
I'm changing my rating of Woods Fun Center from a '1' to a '4' because of the ferocity in which they responded to solving a serious condition inherent from the manufacturer of the atvs that I had purchased. After two weeks of daily interaction and 3 trips out to my place, we have a finished outcome that is amenable to all of us that required serious engagement by my salesman, Frank, and the GM, Eric and several folks in the service department.
