My Honda Pioneer has been at Woods Fun Center for 1 month...simply to replace the soundbar...still isn't fixed. I recommend every other powersports dealer but this one.
TurnAround longer than I should have to get a credit report . Then it wasn’t what we discussed and prices so not very happy with my experience
Great experience with all the staff. They all treated me like family. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any service, parts, or sales. I'll be back.
Service, bought a new bike, ordered parts to upgrade the bike. Tech couldn't use the tuner we ordered so we ordered a new one, had to order pipes twice because of bracket problem then had to order the bracket itself, that came in at noon Saturday. I call at 130 Monday to find that no-one bothered to give the tech the part until 1:15..........im irate at this point.
Great customer service by Scott and the team in the service department!! I bring my BMW HP4 all the way up from San Antonio for all scheduled maintenance and inspections because I trust their work ethic and attention to details. Plus, I receive superior customer service from Matt Tedtaotao and Sean O’Connor on the sales floor. Keep up the great work!
Been going here since it was on N.Lamar. Zach, back in parts helped me with a problem on my atv winch install today.. Big thanks to him! Appreciate it! Service like this is what keeps me coming back!
We have bought a couple of Can Am Spyders from Woods over the last several years. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes and accessories. Thanks Woods Fun Center and keep up the great work!
