The only thing worse than Woods BMW service would be taking your BMW to a Dodge dealer. Left a wrench on my brake bleeder last time I went in for service. I'm literally, lucky to still be alive. Their incompetence is literally DANGEROUS. You have been warned.
Service Center: I had them go though my Bike after it was sitting for a year. They performed an annual maintenance and got it up and running after a tank flush and some spark plugs. I am out of state and Cole from service told me that I can go to a website and print off my inspection and bring to the Tax office in Williamson county. When I got there last night they told me I needed the original signed copy of the inspection so I drove down to your service department and informed them that I needed the signed inspection copy.... read more
I went in to Woods Fun Center to trade in my current fide for some new iron. Overall I had a pretty good experience. There was a misunderstanding between finance and myself and I was left somewhat upset by the issue. Victor contacted me and went above and beyond to take care of me and resolve my issue. I've always had a great experience with Woods Fun Center. I purchased a bike from them last week (3rd one to date) and it was great working with Cory and Eric. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and both had a great sense of humor. If you're looking for a new or used bike in Central Texas do yourself a favor and heads to Woods Fun Center. I'm planning to pick up a Honda NC750X when they arrive in the US next year, and I'll be purchasing it from Woods.
