Sales department is great. However, the service department is horrible. A simple valve replacement for my CRF250R has turned into a 2 month long ordeal and will likely be twice the price quoted once done. Instead of solving my problem for me they just keep making excuses. They don't seem to understand a solution that may cost them $100 could bring a customer back to spend money over and over again. I have spent well over $10k on bikes at Woods but I will never take my bike here for service again nor will I ever buy another b... read more

Never let the service department at this place touch your machine. Read all the reviews and let the customers speak for the service. I have never seen such shoddy service anywhere and wonder why they even have a service department.
Service department sucks, it is a shame I cannot give them NO stars.
