Holy cow I just bought a kick ass Honda CB500F and I couldn't believe how awesome the sales guys were! Ty totally hooked me up and made the whole thing crazy easy! Great group of guys, I just can't say enough about how fantastic an experience it was. I was expecting a ton of run around, waiting, sales talk...blah blah blah. But it wasn't like that at all! I had an idea of what I wanted and they made it happen. This was great. Customer for life.
Can never get through to service even after buying 2 bike in 2013. who do I take my bike to for schedule tune ups?
I use to enjoy taking my bike to woods but recently the service has been very bad. I took it in for 10k service, new tires, chain and a recall. They told me it should be all done by the end of the day except for the recall that would have to ordered by my vin which should have 2 1/2 weeks ( it's been over 7) Once they had my bike I called to ask on the progress they said they were missing an air filter and ordered it, next day it was an oil filter, so I took my own just to get it out. Woods has had my rzr for almost one mnth and for over two weeks has Ben saying the parts in order I could of shipped my own part around the world several times by now the worst service department I have ever delt with and the manager is rude and acts like he is doin us a favor by letting us bring our product to him to work on ! Will never buy another unit from them ever and will pass this on as much as possible !!
