The Sante Fe Chicken was delicious. A huge chicken breast stuffed with cheese & poblano pepper and wrapped in bacon. The owner wrapped it in butcher paper and wrote the cooking instructions on it for me. It was wonderful and enough for 2 huge servings.
First visit was today. We got the stuffed pork chops, a tri tip, 2 racks of ribs and stuffed chicken. We had the pork chops for dinner and they were absolutely wonderful!! Can’t wait to taste the rest.
This place is great! The selection is amazing as well as the people who run it.
Just had your bone in pork chop that I marinated and put on the Weber with a little hickory for smoke. Very delicious had a couple grilled pineapple rings with it, some stuffing and peas and carrots. I'm a happy camper!
