We had waterproofing done in our basement (inside and outside work) in early January - the week that was very cold (maybe 10 for the high one day). Juan and his crew worked very hard in the well below freezing temperature. I have waited until we have significant rain to post - before the work we would have had substantial water in our basement tonight. Instead we have a totally dry basement. Wonderful. :)

I don't often endorse a business on Facebook but after the amazing customer service shown by Woods Basement Systems, I must offer praise. My son, Craig Rich bought a home a couple of years ago and it had a Wood's waterproofing system installed during the previous owner's stay. A few months ago when we had all the terrible rain, Craig's sump pump failed and he got water in his basement. Just had the rest of my basement done today. Did 3/4 of it in 2010 and it's done great through heavy rains etc; no problems at all! Why didn't we get it all done at the same time? Good question! Don't make that mistake! Juan and Anthony were prompt and absolutely professional to the letter! So personable too and very hard workers in 94 plus degrees...
