My whole experience with Woods was great from your sales associate Ryan Kummer , who did great job of explaining everything to me and options available , to the Crew of Mason Sykes , Tyler and Chris who came to my house on the 20th of October and did an excellent job ... answering all my questions, explaining the installation process to me , showed me the progress through out the day ... Your Company should be proud to have these 4 representing them ....

I want to thank everyone at Woods Basement Systems for the work that was just completed at my Mom’s house. Jeremy and Darian did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, professional and had a great work ethic. They worked together well and were a joy to be around, very friendly. The repair of the wall was miraculous and the clean up in the basement was first rate. The floor in that area is probably cleaner than it has been in 40 years. On September 13 Quinton came to our home to check out a problem with one of our sump pumps. Not only was the pump bad but the high water alarm device was also malfunctioning. He replace both, found some areas that needed taped and caulked. Quinton was very nice, knowledgeable and did a great job for us. He will be requested when we call again. Vic B.
