I just wanted to say thank you for your awesome work at my house. Terran Jones, my sales consultant, was wonderful and Ryan and his crew were nothing but professional and courteous the whole time. They even cleaned off my driveway including a big mess they didn't cause. Thank you so much for getting me in early and for your hard work!
Today Woods Basement put 8 Wall Anchors in our basement!!! As discussed with Adam Riva when we decided to do this work, our main concern was who does the work at our home. Todd Wells, Foreman, and Kevin Jones did an amazing job and definitely exceeded our expectations. Everything was explained in detail as the Wall Anchors were going in and at the end as the project was completed. I highly recommend Todd and Kevin and your company to anyone looking to have basement foundation work done!

The team of Todd, Kevin and Shawn(sp?) showed up at my mother-in-law's house last Friday to work on a very cracked and bowed foundation. They were polite and courteous, worked diligently and quickly to install the stabilization plates, and took time to answer questions along the way. Of course time will tell the tale on the overall quality, but the initial work was very well done. Very professional and cared about quality of work. Left clean work site. In down time, cable installer was at home doing an update and was in crawl space. When he came out, he stated "it looks pretty good down there."

I got bids from 3 places. Woods was great at explaining exactly what they needed to do, and answered all my questions easily. Today, they installed my sump pump system. The men who installed it were very nice, professional, and left my basement cleaner than they found it lol! Very happy with everything!
