Everyone that we have dealt with at Woods has been completely professional and friendly. They fixed our sagging floor joists and waterproofed our crawlspace. Now we don't have to worry about mold or water under the house or our floor giving out. Thank you Woods team!!

Working with Miguel (foreman) and his crew last month was a great experience. My basement needed some waterproofing. I have to say that these guys really know their job. They are professional, organized, courteous, and FAST. They even cleaned all the mess, including some stains on the carpet, and it was a messy project! Woods basement systems by far leads in customer satisfaction. All work crews, sales staff and main office personnel go above and beyond to ensure the customer is 110% satisfied. Not only in the original install but all service calls since. The crawlspace encapsulation originally seemed pricey but the benefits from the install were well worth the price. Woods basement system truly are the leaders in waterproofing!

We had water damage in the basement the first few years in our bi-level house. We called Woods, and they were great. They did fantastic work, and we have had no issues. They arrived on time, got the work done on time, and completely cleaned up when finished. Today, Quinton came to service and clean the pump system. He was on time, friendly, polite, thorough, and made sure I understood everything about the pump and how it works. Zero complaints at all from our house.
