When the “crew” gets to my house to start the job on a friday and two of the crewmen won’t get out of the truck because they don’t want to work.... and I’m letting you guys work on the foundation of my home! Come on man you got to be kidding me.
Woods is trying to deny my right to cancel work that was scheduled to take place' despite my giving them over two months notice. I never signed any contract agreeing to their 3 day cancellation rule nor am I even the homeowner. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau along with the Missouri States Attorney Generals' office. I can't believe they would act like this. I will never use them & will warn others of their conduct.
If I could offer zero stars in this review I would do so. I am extremely displeased with the operational services of this company. To begin with I scheduled a free estimate which entailed weeks of waiting. A couple days prior to my scheduled appointment I was notified I would have to reschedule because the representative visiting me had a work emergency that required his attention. Do not be fooled by these clowns! I had to put down a deposit and now cannot get it back. Am now having to file a lawsuit against these jerks! Look elsewhere for a company that does foundation work.
screwed up my install of sump pump. i had to reconfigure the layout of my basement because of it. the piping is leaking already and they didnt seal one of the exits. took them 10 days to come out and fix both those issues.
They protected my crawl space today. Great job! Professional and friendly. Arrived on time and finished early! Highly recommend.
