would NOT recommend this company! initial quote for entire house was shy of 4700 bucks. so we hired them. they get here do the job, and while they are walking out the door were informed me need more work done which is 4 additional jacks and another beam which is the exact same thing they JUST DID that was quoted to fix the ENTIRE house. we call, and they quote us 11k more to do the rest of the recommended work. so dbl the work but 3x more than the initial quote and my house is NOT FIXED!!!!!! I commented on one of your ad videos with factual statements about 3 jobs I am aware of that you have done with poor quality workmanship. Rather than handle it professionally, you chose to block me from the post so I could no longer see or comment, then proceeded to answer my comment with a reply that I cannot see or reply to. Thank you for proving my point even further and I will be sure to share my experiences even more now than I have in the past.

I chose your company based on reviews I had read and research I had done. I've had 3 other estimates by reputable companies, but I was waiting for an estimate from your company because it is actually the one I thought I preferred to do the work on my home. Sam Warner came out on Nov. 12th and looked at my crawl space. He told me he would be traveling the following day (a Friday) and would be out of town for the weekend. Promised to clean up the dust after the job, and didn't. Three phone messages asking them when they were coming back were ignored. Also left loads of gravel dumped in the front yard. My elderly parents were left to do it themselves.

I called Woods Basement to waterproof my basement in my condo after a small flood i had in August. Since then, it has been nothing but issues with them and my basement project is still not completed. Their initial visit to my home was on August 20th with their sales rep who came to inspect the property and determine and quote the scope of work that needed to be performed.
