This is the worst experience I have had in the service industry. Shortly after I signed a contract, I had a life changing event that meant I didn’t need the radon mitigation system. They said I was contractually bound to pay the $1,100 deposit, no refunds. So I said I would spend the deposit money on a filter for the furnace, which they agreed to do. I set up an appointment 10/10/18 for an estimate on getting an egress window installed. Joshua came out took a look and said he would have something for us by the end of the day or the next day. No estimate was ever sent. I about 3 days later i followed up with an email to Joshua and Brian(the guy who set the appointment) and the both ignored my emails. If you don’t want the job say so. Don’t just give a potential customer a cold shoulder.
So very happy to report that we had our finished basement waterproofed by Woods Basement Systems, Inc. approximately three years ago after our natural drain system collapsed along the outside of our home. The system had really never been tested until this week. As of today we have had over 10 inches of rain In the past 12 hours and we still have a dry basement! So pleased!

Just had Juan, Chan & Bo out to get the lower level straight and sealed up tight. Fantastic service, fun, joking staff that performed a very timely job. From the initial introduction and Chris showing up to evaluate the situation and bid the job, Woods has been a top notch company to deal with. I recommend anyone needing foundation / waterproofing work done to their home..save yourself time and go with Woods Basement Systems!
