After I bought my home, I had continual water issues in my finished basement, sometimes an inch or two of water seeped in. Woods installed a sump pump and dehumidifier system. 8 years later, I still have had no water issues. It was pricey but not having to worry every time it rains, is a great relief!
Woods Basement Systems had fixed a crack in our basement. They done a good job and it has been 2 to 3 years now and we have not had anymore water in our basement. We would recommend calling them if you have any cracks or water in your basement. They were very professional and the price ended up being less than they had quoted.
If you want terrible customer service and none of your problems fixed then pay these jokers thousands of dollars. I had a follow up appointment last friday and nobody showed up or even called, and havent heard from them since! Seems like when their waterproofing service fails they don’t stick to their word. So much for waterproofing!! Will not recommend to any one in my area or any where for that matter until treated with respect as a paying customer.
