Bought my home in 09'. Woods had done work to the basement, prior, and came by every year to check things. No issues with their prior work, but around 2015 they cam back and said they needed to do some additional work. There's been no leaks or problems with the original work, so I said I'll have my contractor come by and meet with them, and they can discuss things. I haven't heard from them since... NOTTA! No yearly checks, no calls, NOTHING! If you don't agree to the "upsale" you get nothing! Bad news

Not a good company and a horrible experience. Paid $2000 for a crawl space entry and it was put on wrong twice. Then come to find out it should’ve never been put in where it was put in. Had to call a separate contractor to tell us where it actually needed to be put in. I thought these people were supposed to be professionals.We ended up having to have them drop off brand new equipment because I didn’t even want them to install their own equipment because the first two times were so faulty.
RecommendedI was very pleased, with the knowledge shared about the system. I bought a home with this system. I had the system serviced. Clay took time to answer all of my questions. Serviced the system, with a very thorough inspection. The system itself, has kept my basement dry. There’s no musty basement smell. I highly recommend them.
Do not ever use Woods Basement Systems, Inc. for any foundation repair. They installed push piers at one of my rentals and one month after they installed them I happened to check them and they are all loose. They were not even anchored to the wall. I was also told by the foreman that push piers cannot he used to lift a foundation when other contractors said they could as well as multiple other installation sources.
