Just had our yearly crawl space inspection by Ben Tite one of their service techs. Ben was awesome. I can't say enough how well we've been treated by Wood's over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone having basement or crawl space problems!
They came out on Thursday and lifted my front walk, filled in a void and filled in the crack between the walkway and front step. After all the rain Friday, we have NO WATER in our basement!!! Thank you!!
Their customer service and follow up process has been terrible. We had a system out in last year and they had to cut through a section of my new sidewalk to make it work. Their sidewalk section didn’t match texture or color and it cracked within the first 6 months. I’ve made over 5 attempts to contact them and make this right before posting to social media or other avenues because I believe in letting a company make good when they’ve done wrong. Don’t ever use these people they will not stand behind their work they damaged a pipe upon installation I started have water leakage called them back out and oh yes we did damage the pipe but we won’t fix the problem we tore it up but you have to fix it my whole house smells like a sewer because of this I paid 10,000 dollars cash no financing and this is what I get leaking pipe kitchen dish water running into my pump a house that smells of sewage and and job trying to find a plumber that has to replace the cracked pipe and c... read more
Woods Basement Systems went above and beyond. Our church baptistery sprung a leak on Thursday afternoon. By Friday morning they had 2 supercharged dehumidifiers on site lowering the humidity in the room quickly. The service from Wayne, Cory and Ben was always exceptionally professional, friendly and caring with details on what to do and attention to every detail. Their approach to serving their neighbor, our church was exceptional. Greenville First Christian church highly recommends them!
