I hate posting negative on social media, but we are very frustrated with Woods. Communication is very poor all across the company. They don't follow up on unfinished jobs. The crews show up with no real idea of what needs to be done and therefore, never have the right equipment or materials. Three different crews have been to our house this summer 3 different times. I am not happy with the install. I am not happy about the sales rep. I have been taken advantage of. The real question is would anyone at Woods have Woods install basement systems at there own home? People spend a lot of money trying get issues with there basements taken care of. We have family’s also. We’ve spent a fortune and are being told now we need to spend more. Of course the finger is being pointed at our house and not them. Our foundation has had its fair share of problems, but we’ve had just as many problems with this company. There are some nice people who work there, and in general, I don’t feel comfortable going into detail about all of the issues we’ve had because it seems malicious. But based on our experience, I do not recommend this company. I wish we’d taken a different route.

Great experience! Blake came by to look at our sump pump and outside drainage. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly assessed the problem. He gave a free estimate with no pressure sales. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I would highly recommend this company.

I contracted with Woods to level the concrete on my pool deck and while they were out I had them level a sidewalk to the front of my house. (Which I would have never had the sidewalk done because it was not bad but thought what the heck the sales guy told me it was only a couple hundred dollars extra) When the crew came out they started with the sidewalk which was fine but they got to the pool deck and could not level it which I understand things happen. I have had an AWFULLY TERRIBLE experience in dealing with this company. The first day they came out they were 30 minutes late, they started the job and had to come back the next day because they didn't have all the equipment needed because they weren't told they needed a certain type of saw, which points to lack of communication and being unprepared to do a job in the first place. So sorry about all the difficulties.
Have to agree with the recent reviews. Had brightwall installed in basement. Countless issues, install crew had to come back 3 times and it still isn't fixed. Duct tape put everywhere that the install required basic skills to fit the paneling properly. This tape was even placed on the gas water heater exhaust, causing a major fire hazard! They could not keep an appointment on 2 of the days that I took off work to be home. 2 times they came out, confused me with another job and had to go back to the shop 3 times to get the eq... read more
