After years of going into our muddy crawl space to work on our sump pump, it is such a joy to look down the hatch at clean, dry, white floors. What a relief it is to know the job was done right, and piece of mind knowing the battery backups will always be there in case of power failure. Our crew was awesome. Ryan and Jeremy just finished bracing my bowing foundation wall and I am so glad I chose to work with Woods Basement! These 2 men were each very professional and personable! Unfortunately for me, this is the 3rd time I have had to had Woods Basement Systems come out. All for different issues, the first major water damage, Woods Fixed it right, the 2nd my North Wall bowed in Woods Fixed it right, the 3rd time the city broke a watermain and bowed my eastern wall in, Jeremy and Ryan just fixed it RIGHT. Jeremy went out of his way to make sure the internal and external repairs were all going to be completed the way I wanted them, for that I am truly grateful.
