Miguel Ortiz, Reggie Bradford & Jacob installed a Sun House Window Well, IceGuard and drain for the sump pump discharge today. They did an excellent job and were extremely progressional. They cleaned up the job site as if they had never been there. The finished product was better than we had hoped for. I would recommend these technicians and Woods Basement Systems for future projects.
The crew headed by foreman Jose L was excellent!! Very knowledgable in the work He was doing. Jose explained everything in detailed and advised us on the best way to fix my problems.
The crew was very professional & worked efficiently even while being distracted by the weather. They explained the work questions I had & kept a brisk pace going to get the job done. From my experience in construction; I would recommend them as a very good crew & I'm pleased with the results. The crew; Miguel/Reggie/Ortiz/Jacob.
The foreman Miguel Ortiz explained the work to be done, the timeframe and the annual maintenance in layman's terms that we could understand. He and the crew Reggie and Jacob were here a day and a half which amazed us for the amount of anchoring that needed to be accomplished. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly during this period which made the experience a great one for us the homeowners. Thank you for a job well done!
We had Josh Douglas service our sump pumps. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Great job!!
I called for someone to come out and check to see if my pump was functioning because I was having some issues. When the man came out he informed me that there was a service charge of 95 dollars. No one told me this over the phone. I think I have been ripped off by this person an he did not leave a receipt
The grew of Jose Lorenzana were good workers. They arrived on time and finish the work around the time we had disgust. They made sure everything was covered and laid the clothes on the floor to keep dirt and dust down. They where nice and polite. Did their job. Jose explained the process very well. It took a little extra time when he hit rock but they still got the job done. Thank you for getting to us so fast.

On time, thorough; I especially am impressed with the way everything was explained to me in language I could understand !!
