This bank is the absolute worst. Every time I used my debit card on Cash app they locked it. And they would lock the card on Saturday night so I would have no access to my money until Monday morning. Requested to have a text message come to me so that I could verify I did the transaction but They refused to allow me to do it. They said that I needed to call them in person. THIS IS A BANK THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF IT CUSTOMER. CRAZY OVER DRAFT FEES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IF YOU ARE $1.00 OVER DRAFT, THE CHARGE YOU $15.00. Alaina *********** whom is the assistant branch manager IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! SHE KIND, PATIENT, AND CONSISTENT! I WAS EXTREMELY STRESSED FROM A NEW MOVE AND SHE MADE MY DAY WITH HER PERSONALITY! My account was fraudulently access 3 times at Woodforest bank. This 3rd time $300 was taken from my account and the bank refuse to give my money back. First, I was denied because Airbnb told them I have an account t with them. Found out someone used my info with a completely different name(fraud). Second, I was told I gave the user my name and PIN number. This is unacceptable on every level. These guys are garbage. ******garbage. There lack of professionalism, their cynical approach to customer complaints. Lack of security. A entity was able to steal $5000 from my bank account because of their lack of security and professionalism. They give lip service and a **facade of concern but they really really don't care.

I am highly disappointed within this bank. It took too many people just to get a simple test done not only that now my account is overdraft -$. I have been a customer since 2012 in the Dallas Fort Worth area and over the last few years the service I get is horrible I moved and ordered new checks with my new address on them and asked for the checks to be sent to the bank branch instead of my new address at my apartment.
