My recommendation is that nobody attempting to find a bank to open a new account at would use this Bank for its business. They intentionally close my debit card without my authorization without my approval and without my knowledge, causing me to not be able to make rent payments, and causing me to not be able to pay my utility bills that are all paid online in my area. Been a customer for about 10 years. I do not have overdraft protection but they seems to let payments come out. They use to be great but not anymore.

I've been calling Woodforest Bank every week since Feb 4th about my account being hacked and waiting for my money to be returned. Every week its the same answer "the dispute office is still working on my re-claim" and funny how when I made a claim, they were quick to deny my claim but its taking weeks to review my claim. That's horrible!!! Im going to continue to call everyday until this matter is resolved!!! Please Do Not Bank with Woodforest

You all need to RUN!!!!! I went to Mexico for 5 days used a ATM. When I got home in Colorado and used my card it went through. Three days later in Colorado still using my card it was declined, insufficient funds. Checked my account new transactions are still being made in Mexico and I am in Colorado. Woodforest I have called you several times to address this matter. As of today still no help, no resolve, no nothing. I would like this matter to be addressed, My money does not grow on trees

If I can’t put zero stars I can only I open an account YESTERDAY and they said wait 24 hrs to us the card not it say I have no card and I’m ******

I usually go to location 8520 North Beach in Keller TX, I like the way I'm greeted, Sonar is very professional, friendly she is the best branch manager this location has had in a very long time. I have watched her with other customers and she is Awesome. Emily is very professional and courtesy, friendly. These two employees are always willing to go the extra mile to help if I had to rate them on a scale1 thru 10 I would definitely give them a 10.

There was a company that was hitting my account once a month I disputed the charges Woodforest return the funds and then took the funds back claiming I made the charges in Kansas City I live in ga now my account is over drafted what kind of business are these people running I will be closing my account and will do no further business with this bank

Usually I'm happy with wood forest in Lumberton NC BUT now they have a blonde order woman working there and every time I go and she's there she very rude. Like today they closed at 2 I didn't know I got there at 2:10 and wanted to withdraw some money and she gave me attitude. I wish someone would fire her or adjust the way she deals with customers.

My wife and I have been having an account with Woodforest for about 12 yrs. We went into the WF bank on 12/27/2022 to open an elite savings account, to see if her dad was removed from the other two accounts and to see if I was a signer or joint person. We asked the teller to check to see if her dad was removed from the account. She said, No, the paperwork wasn't completely filled out by the person we gave the death certificate. My wife gave it to the Rep on 12/16/22. The teller said she would have to submit it to legal. The ... read more
