Automated system is terrible. I've been complaining operators managers and emailsed corporate office.... the automated system can't recognize the proper numbers whether you speak it or manually type it in, this has been going on for 10 months, they just don't care.... today I switched to ***** *****. .... the only reason I stayed the last 11 years because I love the folks at my local branch. Do yourself a favor find another bank! And it's not my phone. Same issue with my wife's phone. Stay away from this ghetto bank.

This is the third , yes third time someone got into my account. The first time 1500 was taken but the bank immediately credited my account. The second time the fraud department caught it and notified me so nothing was taken out. Now for the first time my account was cleaned out and left me with a negative balance and I have to wait 10 days for an investigation? Who spends 250, 140,100, 150 at Buffalo Wild Wings and then 130 at whataburger in the same day then a motel 6 for 180 in San Antonio and Austin Texas when I was in Co... read more

My payroll was deposited in my account on Friday and by Saturday my account was deactivated. No warning or nothing. I was told to go to the branch and I could get MY money out however when I got there they refused to give me my money. I have been a customer for a month and they can consider this my final month with them. This is highly unacceptable considering my state just went through a natural disaster. This bank is the worst.

I had my second chance business checking and personal checking since I started my small business over 10 years ago. Woodforest closed my two accounts overnight recently due to "fraudulent activity" in my account. I do not like woodforest bank, they have turned me down on three loans. I will never apply for a loan ever again with this terrible bank, and they never call you ether way.i will be looking to do my banking somewhere else. Will never put my large sums of cash in this bank when I cash in!!!!!!

Aug 1st they say they canceled NSF fees. If you read the fine print it's only if they return your item unpaid. I think this is very misleading. I was charged a fee for what should have been rejected and not paid. Beware they wil start paying items to get $32 fees. Bank elsewhere! Customer for 10yrs+ and never overdraft. But they got me and my money.

my friend sent me a wire transfer on Thursday August 4, 2022 at 11am CST from the branch of his bank Woodforrest Bank. The Woodforest bank cutoff time is 5pm CST for wire transfers. As of today Agust 5, 2022, the wire has still not been deposited to my Bank of America account. My friend has called and was left on hold for an hour and then he was told someone would call him in an hour. No one called.
