I will never come back! Waited over 3 hours to be seen for a severe migraine. Finally gave up and left. No one wants to wait that long to be seen when your head feels like it’s going to explode.
The computer systems and answering service sucks to the utmost. Everytime a nurse or Doctor tells me I have to call to make an appointment. I cringe and want to scream. The system is horrible. I always have to sit and listen to the system for up to a half an hour. I can make it happen faster by driving onto post and making the appointment face to face and to do that ruins my whole day for getting other important stuff done. SHITTY MANNERS. No one even acknowledges that you’re here. The doctor was rude and so was the nurses. No one even took the time to even ASK if we were okay, didn’t look at us, didn’t smile, NOTHING. And right before the doctor came into the room after I said something to a nurse 5 hours later we heard him and some of the nurses laughing and talking shit about why we were there out in the hallway.
The staff, nurses, and doctors in the ER, Family Medicine, and Ward 2 North are all spectacular and together prevented a downward spiral that could have had a catastrophic ending for me. Please pass on to all a huge thank you and tip of the hat. They listened, Studied my records and case, even researched an uncommon ailment (CRPS) to enable fast treatment to get ahead of the snowball on the top of the hill.
The OBGYN reception desk is absolutely horrible. I can't even call to make an appointment because they forward their phones or just hang up on you. I wish I could be seen off base by a reputable provider. This place is a joke, I can't even get an appointment scheduled.
