I’ve been waiting over an hour for my one month old newborn to be seen even though he totally stopped breathing on the way to the hospital and has shallow breath and is wheezing. Totally ridiculous. A grown man walked himself to the back to be seen before they’ve even called my baby.
ER wait time is horrible, speaking to anyone on the phone with womack rep is depressing, not one person sound like they want to be there. Attitudes and rude!! And i dont see it getting any better... from 10 years i been here
Womack is a black hole for time. You can expect a simple 20minute PCM appointment to take at least two hours. They do not have enough providers for their patient load and rarely have appointments available unless booked weeks in advance. The urgent care clinic is more of an overflow clinic and is obnoxiously slow. If you can’t get an appointment with your PCM they recommend either the urgent care clinic or the ER. Save yourself the time and go to an off post urgent care/express care.
We've been in the NICU for over six weeks now. The Staff has been so amazing and accommodating to our needs and our Childs needs. The Nurses have been absolutely amazing! My wife and I love them and really appreciate all the love and care they have given our child!
I have had positive experiences at WAMC. The staff is caring, thorough, and attentive. Wait times are minimal compared to many government healthcare facilities and they have good throughput in the ER.
Everyone was super nice. Clean and the dining room food was affordable.
nobody knows what the other hand is doing
