Wife came in to the ER with abdominal pain and a migraine. Dr. Grover in the ER basically treated her like a drug addict. Never evaluated her abdominal pain other than pressing on her stomach and she nearly jumped off of the bed from the pain. Tylenol and nausea medicine is all you need. It took the the head of the ER to come down and actually order some test. But he still treated her like she was drug seeking. COL Benson and Dr Kim are amazing. Not sure where I would be today without their support.
Almost 5 hours in the Womack ER with my 83 year old diabetic grandfather with dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea (etc.) and we are still waiting to be seen. Pissed is an understatement. Maybe we would've been better off at the VA Hospital, ha!
My visit to the ER was a very good experience. I was treated promptly and the staff was very polite, professional, and did everything they could to help me. 10 years ago I would rather seek treatment in a back alley of Bragg Blvd than attempt being seen here. GREAT JOB!!
I’ve had nothing but problems with primarily the ER and the pharmacy since being at bragg. My wife is an EFMP family member and the only people that seem to genuinely care about her well being are the gastroenterology clinic and the infusion clinic. The rest have been extremely painful. I’ve filed several ice complaints and been to patient advocacy three times in the last three years about this facility and some of the staff.
been on hold for 2 hours, ER does the least amount of work possible. generally understaffed and only there to refer of base.
The appointment line is terrible I've been waiting well over an hour to be connected to the acute care clinic. Ms. Cooper connected me to their line because there were no appointments this week. Apparently I can get an appointment at the acute care clinic in the next day or so IF THEY'D ONLY PICK UP THE PHONE! This is ridiculous. No one should be on hold for an hour plus.
