You're radiology department (ultrasound) is a joke. Not only do they have you call back multiple times because they haven't signed off on the order that was put in days ago, but half of the time they don't have a schedule available. How don't you have an available schedule? The women on the line are ALWAYS rude. The last woman I spoke to said "We have nothing else available, do you want this appt or not? Otherwise call back later and talk to someone else." The next person I talk to will be patient relations and I'll be sure ... read more

Stationed there 90-96 in Xray. This is the best top notch hospital I’ve worked at. XRAY here showed me everything, so much that the civilian world cannot compare. Tell people all the time that they can’t show me anything. I’ve worked at Womack. Loved the radiologist and the department over all.

Had major spinal surgery two days ago at Womack led by superlative surgeon Dr Andrew Cleveland and the many nurses and technicians whose names I'll never remember but whose total care will never be forgotten. From Admission through to my discharge yesterday - total professional care and consideration.

I just had major surgery and a four day stay at WAMC. The pre op nurses on the day of my surgery were wonderful about explaining everything. My surgeon did a great job along with her residents. The anesthesiologist was also great. The nurses in the operating room were very caring. My room was semi private and it was pleasantly quiet. The nurses were very attentive to my pain and showed genuine concern not only for my surgery recovery but for another medical issue I have. I was very pleased with the way everything went.

It has taken a month to simply get an appointment because they don’t see my family in their system. I’ve called Human Military SEVEN times! We are in deers and I know because I just renewed my ID. Just today, I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes.

A friend of mine was in a terrible car accident. The staff was beyond amazing as far as care, bed side manner, and making his time there as pleasant as possible. They were very informative and made sure they tended to every need. I know there job isn’t easy and there is always something more urgent going on than whatever it is you or who you’re with came in with. But, they made sure to let him know they were there. Being a bystander watching them... I just wanted to let everyone know I am truly impressed with the Emergency D... read more

Womack ED has the most unpleasant, unprofessional staff you have to deal with in order to recieve the care you need. There seriously needs to be a change to better accommodate patients. Patients should leave feeling confident that their health and needs are a priority. I will never bring my child back here, EVER!

It is the best place to go if you are hurting. The doctors will load you up on narcotics. Husband has been several times. Percocet is the choice of drug they give out like candy. Do it if you want to become a drug addict pill popper... Clark is the place to be. Instead of finding out what the issues is causing the problems... they will medicate you till you feel no pain. WAY TO GO!!
