I have to say I’m very pleased with your Nurse Practitioner Mrs Fernandez in the Urgent Care clinic. I had to take my son there today for possible strep. She remembered his 9 yr old brother who I brought in months, I mean months ago for an asthma attack. She checked my son out and was asking questions about my other son. She’s really nice and thorough. Out of the 9 years here she’s one of the few that has shown any awesome bed side manners.

If I could be seen off post I would. The OBGYN department is horrible. First off forget trying to get an appointment until 2 months laters not to mention the service is horrible. Background story: I decided to get on birth control back in December my provider at Robinson prescribed me the pills. I ended up bleeding constantly for 3 months and decided to go back in because I could feel that something was not right. He put in a referral for me to to see the obgyn. A month later...Continue Reading

A very professional medical environment for Soldiers, Dependents, Veterans and Retirees. The staff and providers are very knowledgeable, caring and dependable. The Soldiers are always their first priority followed by their dependents. All others are on space available or referred off base for medical care. The Family Medicine Care Clinic is an outstanding place for Soldiers, Dependents, Veterans and Retirees that have TRICARE Prime. Medical Care is in-depth, fast and efficient.

On August 20th my mother visited Clark Clinic because she had symptoms of a UTI. The next day they told her to return and have another urine test, because the results were contaminated. My mother is almost 80, she knows how to pee in a cup. This has also happened numerous times in the past. Today she drove back to Clark Clinic because she couldn’t get help over the phone. They said no UTI but they’d give her some medicine. Really for what? Being of sound mind she went to the ER and spent eight hours there so they could tell ... read more

Well run, courteous and professional staff. Have had 5 surgical procedures there over the last two years and every time my wife and I were well taken care of.

last year I had my baby there and while the prenatal appointments were a little confusing at times, my birthing experience was beautiful...doctors listened to me and helped me, my nurses were amazing and I wish I had taken time to individually thank each of them

Most incompetent ER I’ve ever had the “pleasure” of visiting. Came in with a back injury, couldn’t feel the left side of my body, was told to ice it, have some steroids, and call my PCM ... who had sent me to the ER in the first place. Oh, but my instructions are to come back if I experience numbness. You mean, what brought me to the ER in the first place? No X-ray, no doctor, just a PA who told me to take an Uber if I can’t drive.
