ER staff is horrible. Waited 2 hours with my wife who was in pain, just to finally get called on and waited nearly another hour to be seen. The staff have time to joke around and talk to each other while solders and their families are in pain or bleeding.

RecommendedMy family has never had a bad experience here. Over our 15 years at Bragg we have visited many different sections and always the most professional and expedient service! Our most recent visits were Covid related and still very impressed with how everything was managed!
Most of womack does pretty good work. Especially with the their bandwidth, most primary care sections are great. That being said, the ER personnel are some of the most unfriendly medical workers I have ever met. Back of the house in the ER isn't bad, but the front desk in triage is generally unpleasant. The ladies at the desk come of as rude and mean. You chose your profession. Womack Army Medical Center was amazing and made this mama feel comfortable and kept reassuring me he was going to be fine. Every SINGLE person interacted with Gabriel and made him feel good and the chaplain came and prayed with us before going back. We are extremely thankful for this team. I also gave birth in august at Womack and the OB clinic and L&D was just as amazing to me and our new little one.
6 south has the rudest staff they don’t care about soldiers
My experience with the OB clinic has been terrible. I’m almost 38 weeks pregnant and haven’t been seen since 32 weeks because nobody at the clinic will answer the phone. I am supposed to be seen every week now and that hasn’t happened. I was supposed to have very important tests done by now. I will never go here again, I will get a referral to go off post.

I have a trifecta of disappointments, first and the worst I was giving birth and they decided to "bulb" me me being a victim of sexual abuse i couldn't handle it halfway way through begging her and the nurses to STOP only to hear "im almost done" and she continued until it was placed, the mental illness wing since COVID telephonic appointments it is I had a total of 2 half appointments before being ghosted by the therapist so much for mental health, lastly now being pregnant a second time trying to make an appointment im get... read more
