If you are a civilian who has never been in the military, don't even apply. One effed up place to work. The Army has an integrity problem- and the divide between military and civilian is apparent.
I came in at 8:50pm with bad stomach pains. Throwing up twice here and I’m a gastric bypass patient it’s 1:46 am and I’m still here waiting patiently. I seen like 10 people come after like way after me and leave already. I understand I️t goes by emergency but I think half were the same as me. Horrible service! Need to do better for military families
We had a wonderful experience. I’m thankful for Womack.
Doctors are fine, but the appointment center is awful. The people on the phones are rude and unhelpful, so good luck actually getting in to see the doctor with that to deal with.
Pretty much the SLOWEST hospital and worst employees I have ever met in my life. The last two times I’ve been here, I’ve waited over an hour. Every nurse that I have ever had in this hospital, has been rude.
Husband’s medical records not recorded correctly. He was vaccine injured here and developed Bell’s Palsy but you wouldn’t know it from the way this place didn’t note it in his medical records. I guess this could be a great place to go if you don’t want anything recorded correctly in your medical records.
Highly unprofessional administrative practices. Several of the PCMs refuse to follow established medical plans regardless of their effectiveness and would rather restart trial and error practices. Phones are not answered in a timely manner (for instance I’m currently on hold with WAMC at two hours and counting), the PCMs rarely read your info before seeing you resulting in prescribing medicines contraindicated for your sensitivities/allergies/other medicines being taken. It’s sad.
