We had to take our son to the ER Saturday night due to a high fever and the fact that he has an immune disorder. The triage nurse immediately put him in a room so he wouldn't be exposed to any more germs. He ended up having to be admitted to the Peds floor and was just discharged yesterday. While we were on the Peds floor, the ENTIRE nursing staff and doctors took awesome care of him. They took the time to explain everything they were doing on his level so he wouldn't be afraid. Do not go to the emergency room unless you are dying or have blood pouring out your body. A person could die in this place waiting to see a doctor.
