I went into the ER at 7 pm. I never saw a doctor, but was admitted at 12:30 am. I finally saw a doctor at 5 pm. In the ER I was given pain medication but once admitted I was given Tylenol because a doctor hadn't seen me yet--makes no sense whatsoever. The nursing staff was excellent & did what they were permitted to do to keep me comfortable. If I'm hit by a bus in front of this hospital I'd make sure I was taken to a different hospital!
Wonderful place to work.
Not happy here in the ER! Been here 2 1/2 hrs and no one has checked my husband. He has a head wound that needs sewn up. Hasn't even been cleaned up. Blood still on his face. Someone please come in here!!!!!
I really like Winterhaven hospital I've always got the best care and attention doctors and nurses in the er are awesome as well when I get admitted up on the floors nurses and staff are are always awesome to me thanks a million Winterhaven hospital for all you do and saving my life three times ☝
This directed at one of the nurses name wont be mentioned. I am disappointed in the fact that one of your nurses would fabricate a story , just to cause a problem with someone at there job. She wasn't even envoled in a certain conversation but decided she wanted to make a call to a persons job talking about abuse of athority, then to make a comment after the fact to antagonize this person . Three hour wait on a monday night. Left without treatment. What is wrong with that ER? Never going again if I can help it.
Omg I been in #winterhavenhospital for almost 5hrs with my sister no one have seen her yet this is crazy . ..I'm going home with a sick child ridiculous #baycare
