I worked in the Call Center for 5 years until I had my Son. (the morning I got off of work!) I worked overnight. Miss Winter Haven Hospital! Great place to work!
I wish I could pick ZERO stars! You people treated my grandmother with nothing but sarcasm and spite when she had to come back. She only had to come back because your idiot doctors sent her home in the first place! EVERYONE I know will know how you have treated her and I'll be telling people not to go there. You all can go FUCK yourselves!

The nurses, staff, and doctors are awesome. They have been very compassionate and helpful not only to their patient but to the family as well. I am very impressed with the dedication and care we have been provided so far. Thank you!
I used to work at WHH. I always found care was top notch if you were admitted. ER is another story. The problem is it isn't big enough and you get too much non serious/trauma patients. 12 hour waits a re nothing unusual in the ER. it is frustrating. My problem has always been with management and not following through with so called protocals for employees with complaints.
