They didn't do anything for the pain I'm in or nothing I have cellulitis in my elbow Jane by who had that and I was extremely painful people that didn't know what the hell they were doing they put a iv in my arm and forgot to take it out I had to remind him as I was walking out the door

I didn't like the lack of information given when questions were asked, didn't like the time it to follow through with everything they needed to do, and I also didn't like how the information between nurses that were helping my daughter were never on the same page!

I have nothing but high praise for WHH my 26 old grandson was in Califorina visiting for the past 5 months when my grandson took sick went to several hospital in sand diego and Oceanside but they couldnt find out why he lost almost 100 lbs when he got home this past Wednesday I saw his weight lost and took him to WHH and the next day they found the problem why he wasnt able to eat and lost so much weight . I am so grateful to the Doctors and staff there Thank You all keep up the good work .

Over an hour wait in the emergency room even with reporting chest pains & breathing problems. Staff is nice but never in a rush. Seems they are always understaffed.

Thanks for taking OVER THREE WEEKS to approve a change of a prescription for me FROM THE SAME PRESCRIPTION TO A DIFFERENT TYPE OF THAT PRESCRIPTION. I don't understand how you could do that WITH MEDICATION. This isn't making a mistake on a sandwich or a pizza this is HEALTH. Now I'm wanting to look into malpractice as I started going into withdrawals of my medication. Thanks a lot!

My husband went to ER two days ago & was discharged with instructions to follow up with primary doctor. His doctor said that the hospital should have never discharged him & sent my hubby back. The staff upfront (triage) were unpleasant. We waited 6 hours in the waiting room... Once he went to the back & was assigned a room the experience got better.... Do not care for the service from the triage...
