Nurses were very nice but I was there for 2 hours only to end up with no results and being sent home despite the fact that I am still having pain in my chest. No possible guesses as to what could be wrong other than stress nor trying to do more/different testing until a result or solution was found. I arrived at 430 am so I was able to be seen right away at least. Didnt see a reason they couldn't conduct further testing since the tests they did run (bloodwork, ekg, xrays) have all been done by my pcp, a cardiologist and urge... read more

RecommendedI had surgery this past weekend and the experience was top notch. There were many doctor's of different specialty determining the best course of action. In the end, Dr. Alpendre did a fantastic job with my surgery and explaining everything prior to check out. My new name is St. Joseph's Hospital-South Resort. Why? Give credit to the ER nurses/techs and attending nurses/techs on the 2nd floor. Ben, Idaliz, Brandy, Ana, Jordan, Catalina, Khadene, Katherine, Shanda, and Denise were absolutely wonderful. RecommendedYesterday was my first time at Mease Dunedin from the ER staff to the staff on the telemetry floor they were awesome. The doctors kept me informed about everything. I haven't meant a nicer hospital staff long time. If I didn't live in St Petersburg this would be my hospital of choice.

RecommendedMy first time there and I had excellent care from the ER staff to E2, I had not one complaint. Doctor's RN's and PCT's were great as well as housekeeping and Food service.
