My daughter was put in a room and we were in there for 4hrs and only seen the nurse once and never even seen a Dr. I understand they could have been busy but for 4 hrs and nothing. We just left.
Worst ever!! Such rude people for an professional environment.
Nurses and wanna be nurses are rude. Your job is to care for sick people.. don't like it go home.. So freaking lucky my ass don't live here. Had to fly down here to be with my mom.

I loved the presentation by Doctor Bolanos. It was very informative and it helped me understand A - fib.
I understand renovations are going on, but to be at the ER from 530 to 4 in the morning is entirely too long a wait . Staff were courteous though.
