The staff at this hospital are simply AWESOME!!!!!! Couldn't get better service in a 5 star hotel!!!!! Kudos Winter Haven Hospital!!!!!
Everyone on the eighth floor has taking such wonderful care of my mother Joyce I cannot express how much I appreciate all of you. � thank you to the other nurses and Doctors that have come in contact with her. Everyone has treated her and me with respect and caring and I couldn't expect more.
The first nurse was really rude then shift change came an the other nurses an doctors was really nice the wait time was terrible smh an i got there at 4 p.m an was discharged at 2a.m smh an had to have a way home cuz they said I couldn't drive
I went there with abdominal and back pain. After arriving there you had to stand in a line to check in. I was in too much pain to stand,sit or anything. I throw up in lobby but i waited 30 minutes before being taken to room. The nurse and doctor was nice, however really didn't tell me what was wrong with me. They kept me over night the last nurse i told her i was still in pain she said "you want to go home or stay in hospital." All i want is to know what's wrong and feel better. I am amazed at the excellent service provided here! I see many negative comments, and I don't know what to think. We have been here 3-4 times, and yes I had to wait the first time a little, but there is a wait anywhere you go. It's ER they are busy, it's to be expected. One thing I can say is that the staff here is great, the attention provided by nursing staff, and doctors is nice! I give this hospital not one, not two but 5 👍👍👍👍👍. I don't like that the hospital is not very good with communicating to the patients, family members and each other.
