Nurse Katie was awesome and might I say beautiful. Everything else sucked. They put two beds in a single bed room very cramped and the air conditioner wasn't cooling.
Great team/staff... Professional, friendly, explained EVERYTHING to me (loved that) & fast!
Have been to the Emergency Room here before, had to go Saturday morning and could not have been more impressed. In and out very fast. Everyone was fantastic, from check-in to care. Not like my past experiences. The Nurse who took care of me actually took the time to explain everything personally. So very thoughtful. People told me to drive to Heart of Florida... so glad I didn't. WH rocks 😊
I had a hip replacement. They were very friendly and organized. I got there a 5am done paperwork and went into surgery at 8. I had to stay the night and the nurses were always polite and came immediately when I called. The doctors came in the next morning and were very informative and willing to answer all my questions. Even the food was good. I would recommend going there to anyone who asked. Thank you to all the staff on 8th floor.
Can't really say much most employees were very helpful and had great patient repore but couple were just too rude to mention especially because I was always told if you cannot say anything nice don't say anything
I don't like any hospital!!!!! Period.. However the workers are all nice and polite...didn't have my x-rays done yesterday but didn't go back today and had them done
They got me in and out in about 2.5 hours with X Rays and the staff was very sweet from the intake nurse Precious to the X Ray Tech and Dr. John. Everyone did a great job! They are definitely making great strides to improve their customer service!
