Overall staff was great. I ask for a nicotine patch for two days now and have not got it yet. I am here to have 2 stints in my heart so that would keep the stress down until the procedure is done.
I was in a lot of pain from what was later found out kidney stones and a bad infection. They sent me through fast track and I had to keep going back and forth between a bed with a curtain and the waiting room. And fast track ended up taking 4 1/2 hours. And when they came back to give me my medication it was the equivalent to ibuprofen. And I'm STILL in a lot of pain!
They're all good staff docs nurses clean and polite .I was born here in 57 this place has really grown
Had outpatient surgery yesterday.. one specific nurse was so good. Her name is Clem Ortiz. All staff was professional
All the nurses were very helpful and knowledgeable . The rest of the staff was always there when you needed them .
