Very professional company from office staff to manager and work crew were simply the best!Gave estimate of 13 to 20 weeks - windows completed in 5 weeks turn abound time. The staff went above and beyond with information and follow-up. Sales guy was very knowledgeable and took care of everything for me. The work crew was top notch and professional - the complete house of 38 windows were installed within 2 days with an excellent job of cleanup. I am very happy with Window World and would highly recommend.

Windows are beautiful. But I couldnt open one of them (in the bathroom). I called to schedule someone to come fix it. This appointment got rescheduled three times including once on the same day of the appointment after it had been confirmed the day before by the tech.When the tech finally got here (after more than four months) he spent one minute to say the window needs a new sash. They ordered a new sash and rescheduled someone to come out again in another two months. That tech came and said it doesnt need a new sash, inste... read more

Over 7 thousand in windows and all are leaking air around locks. Condensation on all windows. Storm door screen frame bent. NO *************** provided.
We were very pleased with the installation of our new windows from Window World. They look great! The windows actually arrived before the estimated delivery date. **** our sales rep was knowledgeable, discussed the different choices, was friendly , and quoted us a good price. The team of three that came out were very good ; they observed Covid precautions by wearing a mask when on the inside as I had requested. They were professional and friendly.
