Window World Of North Atlanta, *** does not provide the kind of service that they advertise. They subcontract their work out. Please check the reviews before hiring them because your job just might just look like my sliding doors job that they just installed. I will give them a F+ according to how they installed my doors. The main problem is that they knew that they ordered the wrong size doors and was installing the wrong size doors. The crew was very professional and personable. Explained the process. Took care to protect floors and cleaned up very well. Product looks great! Highly recommend this crew and this product. Entire experience was top notch both during ordering process and installation . Frequent calls with order status from a staff that was always pleasant.
From the beginning the company communication process is horrible. I would give a zero star if I could. Just recently, I had my entry door installed, but during installation process the crew just must damaged of my alarm system sensor on top of the door. I called to let them know the problem. However, instead of acknowledging the issue, they said that is my responsibility to take the alarm sensor out. Im not some alarm technician thats suppose to know how to remove an alarm sensor. Very disappointed Window Worlds representative gave me an addendum on 05/21/22 confirming that a broken picture window was indeed a Window World window and was covered by the Lifetime Warranty. He wrote the window would be replaced. We also ordered a bedroom window. We were scheduled for installation in August because the broken picture window had to be ordered. I have had windows installed by WW a few times over the last 20 years. They have backed up their warranty, replacing any windows that have failed. We have been happy with their products.

The guys got here on time and did a fantastic job installing 10 windows they were fast courteous clean and informative they answered my questions and they showed me everything I needed to know I will definitely recommend them and Ill be using them for the second half of my house

Recently had these guys install some new windows on our home. For the most part everything went fairly well, but 3 of the windows were not installed correctly (1 of them we cant even open). We have contacted them about this and they said they would send someone over to fix the issues. Then they called and said they can't send anyone on that day and we have to reschedule, so we did.
