I had 12 windows replaced in a sunroom. Salesperson was very good and did not try to sell me the top of the line windows. Helped me choose ones best for my house and weather in GA. Windows came in when they said and they were installed in 3 days. Three installers came and they did a great job. I can really tell a difference from my old single pane windows. They are keeping the cold air out and are easy to clean. So far so good. I guess I will have to see when a problem occurs, if they will come out in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, I am having a horrible experience with Window World. I am still in the middle of it. Long story short, I signed a contract to have two windows in the front of my house replaced on August 18th. I also paid $1,750 on that day as a down payment on the window replacement. It is now November 30th and my windows have not been replaced. At the signing of the contract, I was told it would be 4 - 6 weeks. The sales person at the time measured the windows twice.
