We had all our windows and exterior doors replaced by Window World in mid-January. With that initial install, it became apparent they had forgotten to order our large picture window. Some of the windows and our screen door were missing hardware as well. I have made so many calls over the last several months. I've had windows and siding installed for several years..... now I have a faulty window and siding keeps falling off in one spot above awning. I was told the siding keeps falling off because of excessive heat...... WHAT....... So they finally sent someone out to look at it. Then they ordered window and siding. I had windows installed earlier this year (late February/early March). The crew that installed the windows did not caulk around the capping. I have lost count how many times I have called trying to get someone out to my house to finish the job. On two separate occasions, they actually sent someone to our house, but each time they left without finishing (the first time because the guy was called away to another job [mine was clearly less important], and the second time because he didn't have the correct size ladder). I ordered windows from WW in February and was told 14-16 weeks for install due to COVID and backlogs. I completely understand that as this is something everyone everywhere is dealing with. I paid my deposit for the windows and did not hear from anyone in over 16 weeks. No one called to schedule a time to install the windows. I tried multiples times to get in touch with them. Our experience with Window World has been unacceptable. We ordered doors from them in April. After the 12 week delivery date we were informed that the installation date would need to be scheduled 45 days out even though they had our door sitting in their warehouse. Less than 24 hours before our installation date a representative from their company named Jordan ***** called us to inform that their installation team would be in another state and we would need to reschedule our installation date for another 3 weeks. Worst company I have ever dealt with! Two no shows, finally came and representative had measured and quoted wrong price. Had to come up with more money only to have them no show again. How do you stay in business and there is no way you have an A+ rating with all the bad reviews. Will never recommend this company to any one. Been going on for 6 months, ridiculous. Still no windows!
Signed the contract in August for windows, siding, and gutters. Promised November, maybe December at the latest. Zero communication from Window World as we blew through the promised dates. I signed a contract Jan 2021 was told 12weeks installation that was cool I agreed. April came I'm having to contact company on several occasions to see what's going on with my installation (siding) getting the run around a lot of will call you back no calls. Finally in may I get a schedule date of June 1st received call three before installation to say reschedule date and was told production manager will call no call.
