I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and work done by Window World. The way they did the windows and trim to be seamless is amazing.
Horrible company! Took over two years to finally install all my windows. Multiple times showed up with wrong trim color and broken windows. I have argued with management plenty of times and they keep saying they will get back to me but never do. I have decided to *** them since I have a damaged window that is under warranty that they will not respond to me about.
Outstanding company and fairly priced. Sales to installation was superb.
The installers was professional Cousity respectable and they clean up all the mess before they left the window look amazing

3 yrs later nearly!! Look for a different window provider!!Stared our terrible experience with Window World Atlanta May 11th 2020, today is March 6, 2023. We asked and made sure they understood exactly what we wanted and that it would be done to current building code. Professional people from the salesman to the installers. Excellent window product with excellent installation. Workers removed and installed twelve windows in 5 1/2 hours. Installers removed the old windows and all the trash, leaving my property as it was when they arrived with twelve beautiful windows.
The company was the most cost effective and our salesperson did a great job working thru the window options and individual needs. We had the good fortune of accepting a sales contract and ****** with their ******** office regularly communicated our order status and delivery date. Just prior to our scheduled closing, the windows were delivered and they were scheduled for installation.******* and ****** our installers were aware of our date of closing and made a special effort to install the 11 windows on a Sunday morning. Replaced the majority of our windows through Window World. The communication was great as they kept us updated about our order progress ********************* for the windows. The installation was phenomenal. The crew was very professional and efficient. They were respectful of our property and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done. We will eventually replace the remaining windows with Window World of North Atlanta.
