I have been using this group for several years as I progressively replaced all the windows in my home. I have found them to be a great group, on time, communicative and believe it or not - actually honor their warranty. I have has no issues with my windows at all, but had a few clips that broke and they were in the mail the next day. The most impressive to me was that I had a very small bathroom window that would not stay open. Then responded immediately, and had it replaced with 2 days. VERY IMPRESSIVE these days!!

Certainly not the good experience I was assured of when I gave the salesman my order. I have not had any responses from him to handle the issues I've had since the installation. I received a torn screen, then within a month of that one of the mechanisms that opens the window broke and the cranks on both windows are stiff and hard to turn, just to mention a few. Window World has put all replacement windows in our current home in recent years. Any issues have been addressed and corrected very professionally. Great product and Warranty. Just had them out to price ***************************** in a farm house we own. Sales consultant **************** came out, took measurements and quoted the job within an hour. We wanted to replace all of our screens on the enclosed back patio with windows that opened out so we could enjoy the space year-round without getting covered by pollen and attacked by mosquitoes! Our handyman referred us to Window World. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave us a great quote for 17 windows and screens. The ordering process was easy and the crew who did the installation was amazing (efficient, thorough, and professional). I couldnt be happier with the end result. Thanks Window World!

We love our new patio door installed by ***** and Junior. They were professional and respectful. The entire experience with Window World was exceptional. Updated review...After a couple of misfires, Window World of Atlanta came through. ******** (Project Manager) reassured me of the company standard and rescheduled me expeditiously; The team was efficient and professional replacing my rear entry door with Transom. The project truly came out better than I hoped.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Took 18 months to get our windows put in when told initially it would be 6-8 weeks. Had to have all the trim replaced they put around the windows cause of multiple windows leaking. All they used was metal flashing which they bent on site to look like raised trim. looked good from a distance but very poorly done and definitely not water proof...... Called 9 weeks ago now about getting a window replaced because of the gasses coming out of it and it being fogg... read more
